Do you offer delivery confirmation or insurance in addition to shipping cost?
Yes delivery confirmation is included on all orders
Insurance is included on all orders exceeding $50 If your order is under $50 and you you would like to add insurance to your order please let me know so that I can include in on the invoice.
What is your processing time?
Your order will be processed and in the mail within 24 hours of payment. The only exception are payments received after noon on Saturday. In that case it will ship on the next postal day
Do you accept returns?
Yes under the following conditions: I am contacted within 24 hours of receipt of package (verified thru delivery confirmation) and item is returned in the condition it was sent to reach me within 7 days from that date. When returning an item I do suggest you purchase delivery confirmation.
Refund payment will be credited to your paypal account or postal money order. Based on the method of payment you used.
Refund does not include shipping cost for you to return the item.
